TopSpot Ltd exists because the founders Mikko Perälä and Marko Saranlinna both share the similar view of how sports could be used as a tool to create good and beneficial things in the local communities. No sport club in the world is bigger than the community around it and no player is bigger than the club where he plays in. In today’s world we have many examples what happens, if a club or a player tries to think something else.
For players TopSpot is an ideal partner; we have an extensive network of clubs and other trustworthy people with good connections within our reach. Our direct and personal connections are mostly focused in a bit more exotic countries.
TopSpot’s mission is to use sports as a tool to develop the communities where TopSpot’s clients come from. In Asia and Africa the development projects are implemented by the NGOs that TopSpot partner’s with. In Europe we are committed to work with clubs to help them to improve their level of management and coaching by exposing them to internationally well-known best practises and to our contact network with extensive experience in sports.
One concrete way to help the clubs within our partner network is to provide them athletes and coaches of the highest potential. Hopefully this will lead to a situation where the club can benefit also financially from their initial investment. Other very beneficial way is to link the client clubs’ sponsors with other businesses within TopSpot’s wide network of clubs, organizations and companies.
TopSpot’s success lies in the global contact network and in the ideology of profit sharing among the partner network. That is why we’d like to call TopSpot a “Community Based Sports Management Company”.
